HORRIBLE. Reporting to the BBB. *** Poor customer service. No real answers. Not helpful. I'd rather wait for pay day. Don't even have my card yet.

I'm asking the same questions cuz I'm having the same problem right now I got approved for a loan they said that it would be deposited that day it has now been going on 3 days and I still have no pending transactions and my account shows 0 can anyone please tell me what could I do

Netspend Premier Debit Card Review

I had a charge of $4.33 on my account. I called Netspend to get details about the purchase. The rep told me he can block my card. I specifically told him DO NOT block my card because I have bills due today & if he blocks my card I wont have access to my funds. He still blocked my card. I'm extremely pissed & when I asked to speak with a supervisor he had me on hold over 30 minutes & has still yet to put a supervisor on the phone. Read more

Someone signed me up to an acct in new York i live in Mississippi. They stole my va disability check and and identification i dont know what i can do. I feel violated

Time Warner Cable and Netspend Have Failed to Refund My Money

always been happy with Netspend until recently, there's a problem with the Visa cards...sometimes have to try 3-4 times at ATM machines, getting a message card not accepted. They say it's a Visa signature problem so maybe I should replace with a Master Card? Had 1143.00 dollars stolen from our account today and transferred to anotjer account thru netspend. Filed dispute now i have to prove i didnt authorize this transfer. These people are taking money and peoples identity. They shouldnt be allowed to do this.

Do not give them any of your money. I loaded money on my card to bid on auctions on ebay. After trying to pay for these auctions, they shut down my account. They think they should have the power to dictate what you buy, and how much you use it. This company and this card is useless. Now I have to sit and wait for a refund check that will probably never come. Shady company, with dictator rules. Crooks! Read more
