Netspend - Refunds accepted for an inactive account
On 3/10/2015 I received several refunds from Google play. All funds were sent back to the original card the sale was processed on.
I contacted Netspend the same day. They located my account and I provided them with my SSN. They advised me that I have no active accounts. She the rep advised she saw the refunds, and the reason they accepted the refunds is because I can activate an account with them if I wanted to.
However, because I did not have the address, I cannot access my funds. Please note, it has been several years since I have used this account and I have moved many times since then. I confirmed that even if I open a new account I will be unable to access my money because I cannot confirm my address. They are now taking fees from this money.
They will not allow me to speak with a supervisor because I cannot confirm my address. I have confirmed my name and my SSN, if need be I can confirm my Drivers License number and DOB. They are stealing from me and it feels there is nothing I can do about it.
I emailed Saad Quraishi from Netspend his email is squraishi@***.com and he has not even attempted to reply. I need help feedback something.
