The airlines released my funds right away, but advised me that my bank would be the one to release my funds now. I called netspend and they advised me they could refund the $52 but they can't refund back the $352 because its over $200.

I needed to send all the cancellation forms the airline gave to me. I sent everything they needed. Called in the morning, talked to another supervisor because the worker had me repeat everything i just explained the night before. The supervisor wasn't able to help me either, he added a reference number that the other supervisor never mentioned that i needed.

Upon sending the documents again with the reference number on there I would have to wait another 6 hours before they review my documents. They added 100 other things that i needed to do in order to get my money that is still pending. So i asked to speak with a boss/manager over the supervisor. He got back on the phone and said he was still locating a manager.

Then he got back on the phone and said that he located a manager that he was going to transfer me. I still am on hold and nobody never transferred me to a manager.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $352.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
