ok.... first i did my taxes with my husband for the first time .... so we did them in january and didnt get a return date til april !!!!!, that was all the IRS fault .... so then we got another date, may 2nd :) , we were happy we finally had a date ! so april 30th i get a text from netspend saying there is a hold on your deposit ... so i call ... they said because my husbands name was on the check and my name was on the account ... so we had to fax over his, id, ss#, proof of address and 1040 forms .... so we did the next day .... and i called later on (may 1) they said his id was expired , it was, so the next morning we had to go get a new one ... may 2 , i fax everything back over, including the new id .... i call later that day .... yes, everything is correct, and money should be on your card in 6-8 hours .... we wait til the next day, still nothing ... i call may 3rd.... and someone tells me that my money was rejected on may 1st and sent back the 2nd ......because i didint send the fax in by 11 am (something i was never told)

so i was confused ...... i called all those times, and no one i spoke to could have shared that information .....that it was rejected one day and sent back another because of a time limit on when i faxed everything ...

so the sent it back to the IRS , and now we have to wait 10 days for the IRS to recieve it back, and then another 6 days to get it back in the mail ..... so when we finally recieve the check, i will happily cut my netspend card up because it has costs me nothing but trouble ....

i just brought a house, i have 2 small children, and a *** job, im trying to fix my new place up and get ready for my anniversary, and my husband and daughters birthday ... but now i have to wait even longer

filed january 18 .... will be recieving it back in late may .... thanks alot :) and all i got from netspends supervisor was a "sorry" ....

Net spend just ruin my credit they send a latter to all my accounts saying that I was a high risk or fraud they check my I'd ss# and cancel my card And I have other card that they sent a letter to them And now all my accounts are close thank to this mother f...........s now I just waiting to see what other problems will I going to get worst people ever

That's crazy that's exactly what happened to me. They have poor communication skills and employees with little knowledge. Netspend is the worst..

Some lawyer should collect info and file a class action lawsuit against Netspend. I filed in Jan 2015.

THE IRS SAID THE MONEY WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN RELEASED UNLESS EVERYTHING WAS CHECKED OUT. NETSPEND THINKS THEY AREA ABOVE THE IRS.. QUIT POSTING ON THESE SITES TRYING TO JUSTIFY YOUR COMPANY AND DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS *** DON'T EMAIL THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER EMAIL YOU BACK THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE NETSPEND LOOK GOOD.

The worst company to trust your money with point blank period. I set my Pin and activated my card on the 21st of Feb, the day my return was deposited.

Well I call back the next day, and the next day, and the next day. Still nothing. Finally today an agent tells me it was sent back to the IRS and I will be receiving a check. So I ask why was it sent back and was told because I didn't verify my account in time enough.

when actually I had been verifying my account everyday going through the same bull.

So I'm just going to visit my IRS location to make sure this is true because I cant believe a word from Net Spend and if the rest of you are smart, you'll learn from others experiences and not have to go through this stress. Id rather trust my money with a goldfish that's still out in the ocean somewhere.

Usually insurance cemapnios will not let you start a policy until you actually own the vehicle. But you can still call or talk to an agent to get a quote and then once you are actually purchasing the vehicle, you can call them and start the policy.

Since you are buying a car for the first time and insurance as well, I would recommend you go to a local insurance agent and sit down with them and talk with them about the various coverages and whatnot as many cemapnios that you call over the phone will try to sell you the cheapest insurance which does not provide good protection in the event of an accident. Also, check several different cemapnios for quotes and make sure you get a quote with the same coverages so as to see who can offer you the best rate.

Netspend you just told a lie , "we are required to verify every cardholder's identification before receiving a deposit" i had my account for almost with 2 months , withdrew my state refund and as soon as my federal accound hit the account , you blocked my access to my money and even blocked my access of viewing my account online,and are just now asking me for ID , ss card , utility bills , 2 months later ....I want my money!!I am sick of your lies.

Well you're communications told me that my documents had been accepted and that my deposit will be in my account in 24-48 hours. Well she lied, I got an email saying all the documents were correct just that they didn't review them in time so my money got sent back to the IRS.

So *** you netspend! Peice of *** company.

Get some *** that know what they're talking about when asked a question instead of just telling me what I wanna hear. Losing customers over *** service
