Netspend Account Review
I had a fraudulent transaction made to my account. They shut down my account and never contacted me.
I instead had to contact them. It took an hour to get thru to the authorization department becauss the agents kept completing the connection wrong. When i.finally got through to someone he explained to me what happened and that he will send me a new card, but he never verified my address or told me how long it will take. Almost a week later i still had no card.
When i called they informed me that they sent it out, but it was to the wrong address. So they cancelled that card and was going to send out another one to the right address that it would take 7-10 business days...huh? So i asked if there was any way to expedite it since ive already waited a week, they said yes however it will cost 25 dollars...what? Why?
There is no way to do a courtesy charge since it was no.fault of mine? Long story short.i.couldn't get a manager, help, or sympathy.
And I've been with them for almost ten years. That's how they choose to treat a ling time customer...so sad.
