Bad customer service, they must have a script that they go by, because if you ask any questions they say exact same thing word for word, so nothing gets resolved. Acct was locked for no reason, now i have to wait 3 days for them to unlock it....grrr Add comment

Netspend=pieces of ***. Rude customer services representatives and they don't care about where your cards or money are at their only solution is to send you a new card and make you wait another two weeks for it. Had my tax return done three weeks ago and I still haven't received my card in the mail.Money was deposited a week ago Add comment

Following up on this post... Been 1 month since this transaction! At this point have just been contacted by netspend management with face to face phone call. After reading all contacts back and forth between parties we're sorry but it looks like our people dropped the ball on this one by making a refund promise that just gave you false hope! These punks closed my account that i had with them after i got my tax money and told me it was due to suspicious activity!!!!like what the *** dude i had only took my kids school shopping so that there mother would shut up ... i received 8thousand dollars only spent 3thousand of it on rent bills and school stuff and now they sent it back to irs!!!!! Netspend is not complying with taking a hold off money- my money! They were quick to take the money but then asked that personal information be provided to them before issuing my money to me. A copy of my license, my actual social security card, and proof of my physical mailing address. I want my money! Read more

Several transactions were done on my account within a 24 hour time period from several atm machines! The fraud department wasn't red flagged or notified, I put in a dispute and still haven't received any feed back!
