These people are the most ignorant folks I have dealt with in a long time. I had my tax return money sent to a card that I purchased through netspend. This company is B.S. they require you to give out your social # for a prepaid card. All i want to do is pay a bill online and i use a prepaid just incase if they *** it they can only get so much. Giving out my social # defeats my security purpose. Add comment

So I was looking on my account Monday and I notice that the 140 dollars was not on my account so I call entergy and the bill was not paid and I know I paid my bill cause I call on Dec 7 and I was talking to a lady and that was the first thing she said and she said it twice so what happen to the money for bill matrix on my entergy bill Add comment

I have spoken to Netspend customer service reps at least 5 times and received no true answers. My account was blocked and closed by Netspend on November 7th 2014, reason I was given was because my account is a risk. I don't trust banks but when I have to have a debit card for one of the bills I pay, I thought it would be a good idea to get a netSpend card. they have horrible customer service. i rec'd my last deposit on October 29,2014. Nothing during the month of November. So today December 1, 2014 I am still waiting for deposit usually rec'd every thirty days. Netspend sent text on November 20th stating funds will not be posted until 8pm ct. Whats going on.
