Stop do not use NET SPEND for your taxes. My taxes have been deposited and they still have not sent my card. Poor customer service. Another way for the government to steal our money by charging more fees on our income tax. I have read Net Spend holds your card for 10 days to incur more fees. I have used Netspend for several years in the past. However, I am not impressed with the service I am receiving this year. According to the IRS website, my income tax refund has been sent days ago. My balance still says $0. Looks like I will not go this route next year, not reliable and very misleading. Add comment

I received this "gift card" and found that they wanted me to sign up for a bank account, provide social security and actually send them a copy of my government issued id. Just an awful shady company who uses deceptive advertising. Also the customer service isade up of broken English speaking people. They have crazy Middle East accent but claim their names are Kathy Danny Kevin Suzan.... Yeah .. Pretty fishy Add comment

I did my taxes on Turbo Tax.com. I got an email saying I my return was on my card, But I have yet to recieve a *** card. They sent me a card but it was to my physical address instead of my mailing address. I called them to fix it and possibly have them send it to my mailing address. Nope! They barely spoke english and then the dumb f*** messed up my address completely so they had to put the card... Read more
