MINUS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE Terrible company since Green Dot bought them out. My card was hacked more than once. Before they became green.dot , they fixed it upon receiving my dispute. Now I've been waiting almost 3 weeks with no communication. Ive called and called. I've been working with this company for approximately one year. I have finally had it. First of all, when one calls customer service located in some teepee in India, they do not speak English well and they are almost impossible to understand. On 11-25-14 I went to bed with 368.00 on my card after I came back from shopping.I got up and I check my card and it was negative 68.00. So I call netspend did what they told me to do. Call center in india wants all kinds of personal information. I didn't want to give them my email but they said i had to. Now they spam me over a *** $50 gift. If unsubscribed, they will still send lots and lots of emails. thank god that I refused to give them my social security number that they told me I had to give them.
