Again Netspend has received the money for my disability payment and they are sitting on it as long as they can so theyll draw as much interest from it as possible before crediting it to my account. Theyre even denying theyve received the payment. Been verified. They have. Liars! Add comment

I purchased a net cant spend card at my local gas station. I tried to activate my card when i got home and it said my info was not valid. I had one of these cards before so i thought that was the issue. I had my son try and it said the same. On 05/17/16, I received a notification from my bank; on my smartphone regarding a transaction which occurred in a Walgreen's store; located in Framingham, MA in the amount of $91.44. I had never been to Framingham, MA, plus my debit card was in my wallet and on my person at the time. I quickly notified my bank and cancelled the card. This is really upsetting I tried to activate the $100 card that was offered to me and they said I have to have a social security number from Florida in order to get the offer. I am really pissed off with them . Never again. Warning if you don't have a Florida social security number from Florida don't accept it.I don't like this company I tried several times to activate it and still nothing happened . I placed $300 on a prepaid card. I tried to pay for my hotel stay but the card declined. When i called, 4 different times, 4different reps gave me 4 different answers. 1said i have $80 overdrawn. I asked how, no answer. The second lady told me they will mail me my money back but wouldnt say how much. The 3rd rep was a joke telling me someone has an acct in my name. I had a dispute with an unauthorized transaction on my account they called my card sent out another card attached to the same account and still let the merchant take the money off my account. I have to wait 15 days before they decide to give me my money back. If I dispute a transaction I would think they would block that merchant but they didn't and have taken more money from my account.
