I received I received money on my lost card I'm a veteran veteran receiving a disability check they told me I had a limit on how much money I can pull it off put off my card until my new card comes I asked him can I transfer it over to my USAA credit card they told me know No every since 7 I've been trying to get my full balance of the card and he tell me every 7 days I have a waiting. I apparently entered a password in error. I reported I could not remember it and was sent a temporary password to access the account. I used it and next thing I receveived was my account was locked. Now , in response to messages, they send me a US toll free number. I have told them many times this is useless since I am traveling in Mexico. They respond by sending the same useless number. Also... I have experienced being automatically blocked on Netspend. I like my card , so much I even enrolled in the Netspend Premier overdraft program. I have had fraudulent charges twice on my card since being with then only almost a year. And now on of their representatives messed up so badly. That now I cant pay my light bill or rent on time. Do not use this service. It is a scam to drain money from poor people who do not have access to a bank account. The incompetence demonstrated by the people I talked to just now is ridiculous. My son can get his money back the hard way, or wait 5 business days or up to twenty days. He is a student starting out and cant afford to let this kind of scam affect his finances. Do not use. Bought the card in the store, spent few days on the phone attempting to activate. Once finally activated, found out it was for "limited" use - in store/in person only. Horrible customer service, practically lost all the money + fee. Not able to make necessary payment. I have been with NS for almost 8 years and never really had any issues. I hardly pay any fees, I can overdraft up to $100 a month and I always get my check 3-5 days early....However the last few months it seems to be coming later and later.....now theyre webpage is now saying just 2 days early.......Im not sure this is NS fault....but it sucks:( Add comment
