Submit you're complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Dept of Consumer Affairs like I did. They're score will go down if enough complaints are received. They already have 2684 complaints filed. They have been holding my cancelled transaction for 5 days for 1288$ I am stuck out of town with children and they don't care. Horrible business ediqit. My direct deposit goes into my netspend card a day earlier than regular banks. On wed night my paycheck went in and I took out most of my check thank god. Received text notifications for someone else's account. Wrote customer service and reported it and they were no help at all. They told me to reply with STOP to the text and made no attempt to try to protect the account holders private information. I get direct deposit on netspend and atleast once every couple of months they have a "pay roll" issue and doesnt go on til late that night! Its very frustrating, when asked when ill get it they say they wished they new. Im over netspend. Now i have no food, no medication and have to suffer while i wait. I think they do this to get phone calls to get that fifty cents from a bunch of unhappy people... Read more

Just got my card a few weeks ago. I recently loaded it with $60 just for gas and such. Just yesterday, my card and Netspend account were disabled. No reason why. I immediately called customer support. CS told me that I needed to email scanned documents of my legal ID (which I already did) and then it would be all set. I am now without access to a card.
