I have tried upwards of fifteen times to get this card activated. First of all, why on EARTH do I need to supply my SS number??? On the back of the package, that my NetSpend Visa debit card came in, when I purchased it, is written the following words; "Add cash to your card at 130,000+ locations nationwide." I had 75,000.00 on a netspend card, yeah i bought stuff, but not that much stuff, my money's gone after 3 months, seriously? 3 months. Netspend cant tell me where my money is. Im broke now. There is no way i went through the money that fast. I'm thinking class action, anyone? Add comment

I've just had tooking $200.00 OK So now I have $113.49 left on my card. Too much, multiple incidents. Ive been taken advantage of with Netspend and lost money that has never been recovered. Hung up on by customer service and given the run around.
